JioMart is currently working in Navi-Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan in India. The service is operating through the popular messaging app WhatsApp. So, we are covering step by step tutorial about how to order online grocery using JioMart using WhatsApp.

Add JioMart’s official WhatsApp contact number to your contacts on phone.
- Add JioMart official Contact Number 8850008000 to your phone
After adding the contact, go the chat from searching JioMart on WhatsApp.
- Say Hi
Send a “Hi” message in the chat, you will get a link with the information related to operating location and time.
- Fill Details
On clicking on a received link you will be redirected to a web page. Fill the required details as Mobile Number, location, area, and so on then click proceed.
- Place your order
On the web page, you will have a list of items available to select displaying the price and quantities you added. Finally, click on “Place your order”, also you will see the final price of order.
- Order Confirmation
Now you will get a pdf file which have details of products ordered with the price as soon as you confirm your order
After order confirmation JioMart will send SMS to your mobile number, let you know about the order is ready to pick up. You have to pick the order from the nearest grocery or general store. The JioMart will also send you the link of Kirana store on Google Map.
Well, we expect that in upcoming days Reliance JioMart also list the items from Reliance JioMart store from your localities. This makes JioMart to sell the product with their brand name.
