On Monday, Microsoft announced Microsoft Teams free version for freelancers and small enterprises. The offer is only for a group of workers, doesn’t have subscriptions of Microsoft 365. Microsoft Teams is an app by Microsoft which is used to collaborate, chat meetings over video calls. Microsoft also rebranded Office 365 to New Microsoft 365.
You can collaborate, chat and search for up to 300 people. The app offers built-in audio and video calling for individuals, groups and meetings with team. Microsoft Teams is cloud based so offer integrated and sync with Office Online Apps like Word, Excel, OneNote and Powerpoint. You will also get 10GB of team files storage with personal storage for 2GB per person.
If you have already have a subscription of Microsoft 365, then upon sign up you will be redirected to your existing tenant. And if you have don’t have subscription of Office 365 then you will have access to Free version of Microsoft Teams.
